Terms and Conditions

The rates published on the website are only valid at the time of the quotation and guaranteed upon receipt of payment. All purchases are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received.
A purchase is considered complete when you receive a confirmation number and the corresponding charge is final. When booking you consent and confirm that you acknowledge and accept our purchase policies, payment and cancellation policies. By completing your purchase you agree to accept the conditions and charges associated with the prices you selected.

Payment Policies

We accept Visa, Discover, Amex and MasterCard credit/debit cards through PayPal. Or you can choose to pay through your own PayPal account. You can determine which method you wish to use during the reservation process. We do not accept cash or personal checks. We use PayPal because they charge you in the currency of your country, refunds are at no charge to you, there is no peso exchange, and it is a well-known secure payment system. If you prefer to call in your credit card we can do the charge in Mexico but the price will be converted to pesos at the bank’s current exchange rate and you will pay any out of country or other fees that your credit card company has set.

Changes: You can change any tour or activity up to 24 hours or more before the day of the tour or activity subject to availability ( exceptions will be noted on the tour pages and your voucher ). Changes can be made without a fee or penalty.

Refunds: Refunds will be made through the method you used to pay. With PayPal it will be to the card or account that you used to pay for the tour or activity. This will be done within 48 hours of verifying a valid refund.

Cancellations: Most tours or activities ( except private boat charters ) can be canceled up to 24 hours or more before the day of the tour or activity ( exceptions will be noted on the tour page and your voucher ). Any cancellations by you will result in a 10% administrative processing fee or in the case of a No Show, will result in a 100% charge.

Any tour cancelled by the tour provider for any reason will result in a 100% refund if you are not able to reschedule.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail or phone by the person that made the purchase or a representative. Cancellations will not be accepted from third parties such as concierges, bellboys or other travel agencies. This is to protect you from someone canceling your reservation without your knowledge.

Tour cancelled: In the event an activity or tour is cancelled by the tour operator, for any reason, and you are unable to reschedule, you will receive a 100% refund (within 48 hours) to your credit card.

Cancellations - Private Charters:

All private boat charters cancelled 15 days or more prior to the charter date are subject to a 10% administration fee. Charters cancelled 8 to 14 days prior will be charged 40% of the total cost of the charter. Charters cancelled 4 to 7 days prior will be charged 60% of the total cost of the charter. Any private charter cancelled with less than 4 days’ notice, or in the case of a No Show, will result in a 100% charge.


Cancun Best Discounts S de R.L. de C.V. and its affiliates are independent from suppliers over whom we have no direct control and we act only as agents for the purchaser in buying tours, activities and hotels and do not assume any liability whatsoever for any inconveniences, injury, damage, death, loss, accident, due to an act of negligence of, or default of any supplier or person rendering any of the services purchased. The purchaser hereby waives any claim against Cancun Best Discounts S. de R.L. de C.V. and its affiliates related to the services purchased.
